I have been reading a lot of exercise books lately and one thing in common from all the books is to include yoga in our daily routine. Combining it with cardio and strength training we can achieve the body and weight that we want. Yoga is not only beneficial to our body but also to our mind. It teaches us the right breathing so we can relax all the tensions in our body. It also improves our posture and with consistent practice, we can also be taller. This is the reason why I want to have a jade yoga mat because it will make very enthusiastic to perform.
Few months ago, we are so busy visiting different furniture shops near our city – Bentonville here in Arkansas. I didn’t know there’s a bunch of them and they are all big and have so many choices.
The first furniture shop we visited is FURNITURE ROW in Spring dale. There we bought our kitchen table and chairs and we got a FREE 60′ SAMSUNG TV for getting a dining table set. Cool but not so cool if you find out that there’s cheaper and better offer in other stores.
We visited next the ASHLEY Furniture. They are not huge as furniture row but man they have different cute options too. We got a bigger credit limit from them, unfortunately, no matter how big your credit limit you think you have, it’s still not enough for all the furniture you need for a new house. And so we end up checking out a set only for our master’s bedroom. That’s how expensive things nowadays.
We planned to visit HUNKS, SAM’s FURNITURE, LOWES and so many more soon after we deal with our bank this month to find french bistro chairs for our patio, sofa beds for our living room, beds for our kids and refrigirator and washers.
What a hectic schedule for a new buyer like us huh? So if you are a new house buyer as well, make your list ahead of time and boost your credit score to get higher credit limit!

I am planning to send a balikbayan box next month. My box has been waiting since last year and I haven’t done packing it yet. It’s gonna be my first time to pack a balikbayan box so I didn’t know how to do it. But here’s some tips I got from the internet:
First, you have to remember that there are things that you cannot put or prohibited items in your box such as:
money
firearms
explosives
drugs
porn and big electronics
Second, make sure you secure the bottom of your box before putting all your stuff in there to protect your box and your items
Third, Make sure to put all the heavy stuff first in order to protect the light and soft ones. Do not forget to spread out the weight.
Fourth tip is use clothes or any soft item in your box as cushion to protect your electronics instead of using bubble wrap in order for you to maximize the space.
And last but not the least, seal the top box tight. Put tape all over it and dont forget the to protect the edges too with edge protectors. After sealing the box, dont forget to write your name and address as sender and the recipient in the BOX itself aside from making a type written one that is taped on the box just incase.
